Hi, my name is Natasha, first time author, first time mum since 2023 and lover of business and seeing people succeed. I can’t proclaim to be an experienced writer but I do love books, especially reading of adventures to my little boy.

I am however experienced in business, and after many years in the personal and corporate insolvency world, I figured it was time to share my wealth of experience and knowledge; all in the name of filing the educational gap when it comes to running a business.

This book will make becoming a director of a limited company a much more enjoyable process. From my experience, very few directors and business leaders understand their director duties, the DOs and DON’Ts and the associated personal risks If things go wrong.

Having a better understanding of the DOs and DON’Ts will help prevent common misconceptions from getting you into trouble. For example: company directors can still be made personally liable for business debts. 95% of directors don’t understand their duties nor do they understand the consequences to themselves personally if they do not meet their duties.

Don’t Go Broke will provide you with the knowledge needed to support a successful business but more importantly, it’s designed to support you, the entrepreneur, business leader and director from going personally broke if things do go wrong.
